Healthpac's (HL7) Interface provides industry standard HL7 electronic links to providers, hospitals, and other remote sites. The HL7 Interface System provides a standardized methodology for the exchange of specified data between AZMBS and any other system databases. Healthpac's Medical Billing & EMR software provides, manages and processes full 1500 claim forms in both electronic and paper format. All claims are edited and transmitted to all identified payers within 24 hours of receipt.
With Healthpac's Practice Management System, on-line access of customized comprehensive daily transaction reports and management reports, which tracks claim status, review statistics, inspects integrity of data on claims. The system has the capability of retrieving ERA's & fund transfers of electronic remittance advice from any carrier who has capability. An official rejection notice is received via electronic remittance advice from carriers, collections agencies, lock box vendors and any other third-party entity.
